Well, the bottom line is still the same. We have a corporate structure, we have 0 members, and a board of directors. I can't tell you who the board voted for in its own growth, but it has to be better than it was. I'm not claiming satisfaction with that statement, just progress. At least now we have board members with ears, compassion, and courage. For me, that is a great start to a comeback.
I would, though, like to see memberships established for all that are willing to pay a set amount of money, or some other contribution as determined by consensus, and vote. It would promote and even better democratic scenario, and membership would entitle us to a vote on future board members of the group.

the only members who vote for new board members are board members as they are the only ones with fiduciary responsibility linked to the group legally.
